Service： this company is dishonest and tricky. i order a tyre cutter they took my down and promice to deliver thius is my first time i buy from alibaba i told saleman to help me with the process to get my machine to the usa and she said that evrything was going to be taken care of it when i pay it on full saleman did let me get my own delivery company they hire some logistic to get the paperwork done i send my information and sign documents and the machine made it to the warehouse bcz i saw it but the logistic company didnt want it to give it to me i try to contact the factory and they act very unprofecional and claim that i cost them warehouse fee bcz i didnt pick it up on time and had to be destroy but is all a lied i got a call from the company that they sold it to from dallas texas for me to sign the rights which i didnt sign i ask alibaba to help me get a refund and they denided i strongly recomend not to buy from alibabab and factory they are working toghter covering each other
